Starting Monday, June 20th, 2022, the contractor that has been hired by the City of Bondurant will continue removing tree stumps and debris along the section of Ditch #2 on the West edge of Bondurant in preparation for the Stream Restoration and Stabilization Project. The Stream Restoration and grading work will follow soon after. Once the grading work is completed the trail paving and sidewalk restoration will be done. Later in early fall all the native grasses, shrubs, and trees will be planted.
The City of Bondurant does appreciate everyone’s patience with the much-needed enhancement of this area, and we look forward to this being a great community and regional amenity for everyone to enjoy.
