Meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month.

The primary duties of the commission are to review applications and make decisions on new commercial and residential developments such as subdivisions, retail, and office complexes, by adopting and enforcing zoning regulations; review and provide comments on street and park improvements; and to develop the City’s long-term plan for development.
