Johnston home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Johnston fell by $89,355 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,000 - a 24.7% decrease over the $361,355 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Johnston in February 2019.
