Johnston home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Johnston rose by $66,000 while total sales increased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,000 - a 26.1% increase over the $253,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Johnston in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Johnston for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,698, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
