Johnston home prices rose in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Johnston rose by $31,270 while total sales increased by 67.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 11% increase over the $283,730 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Johnston in December 2019.
