Johnston home prices rose in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Johnston rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $251,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Johnston in January 2020.
