Polk City home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Polk City rose by $76,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,500 - a 34.9% increase over the $217,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Polk City in February 2020.
