February 2021: Home prices in Johnston increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Johnston rose by $73,000 while total sales increased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 26.8% increase over the $272,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Johnston in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Johnston for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,698, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
