March 2021: Home prices in Johnston increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Johnston rose by $6,930 while total sales increased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,930 - a 2.2% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Johnston in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Johnston for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,698, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
