Home prices decreased in Polk City during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Polk City fell by $152,740 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 48.1% decrease over the $317,740 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Polk City in April 2020.
