Home prices decreased in Saylorville during May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Saylorville fell by $59,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 22.3% decrease over the $264,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Saylorville in May 2020.
