On July 1, Brian and Brenna Delker purchased a home at 911 Lost Lake Drive, Polk City from Gianni Paul and Janel Comito for $359,900.

This home last sold on Sept. 30, 2019 for $300,000.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Polk City as of this publication.
