Median home prices in Saylorville fell to $239,550 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Saylorville fell by $36,950 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,550 - a 13.4% decrease over the $276,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Saylorville in the first half of 2020.
