How did home prices perform in Alleman during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Alleman rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,000 - a 14.4% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Alleman in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Alleman for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,558, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
