Post Office Seeking Volunteers

Volunteer

City of Bondurant issued the following announcement on August 10.

As you may be aware of, the Bondurant Post Office has moved to a new location. Because of this, many of our customers who received free delivery at the post office will now be getting delivery on the street. The USPS has purchased all of the supplies to install these deliveries and we had two boy scouts installing them in order to earn their Eagle Scout badge.

Unfortunately, we still have a total of 7 posts and 25 boxes that need to be installed. The Bondurant Post Office is looking for a community group to volunteer to help get these installed for our neighbors.

If you have a group that is interested, please contact me at 515-967-2266 or stop by the post office and talk to the Acting Postmaster. They would appreciate any help they can get in order to get delivery to your neighbors in Bondurant.
