Ankeny home prices rose in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Ankeny rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 147 homes sold in Ankeny in October 2020.
