October 2021: Home prices in Johnston increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Johnston rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Johnston in October 2020.
