City of Johnston recently issued the following announcement.
There will not be a storm pickup after the wind storm that occurred on Wednesday, Dec. 15. Residents who have limbs or branches from the storm can bag or bundle it to be picked up during the winter collection on your regular collection day, either on Dec. 27, 28, or Jan. 3, 4.
Any yard waste will need to be placed in a Metro Waste Authority bag or have the appropriate sticker. Please ensure the yard waste or bundled limbs/branches are on the curb by 6 a.m. to ensure pickup.
