What happened to the median home price in Alleman during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Alleman fell by $102,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 37.1% decrease over the $276,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Alleman in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Alleman for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,558, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
