Saylorville median home prices fell by 6.4% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Saylorville fell by $17,950 while total sales increased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,050 - a 6.4% decrease over the $282,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Saylorville in 2020.
