February 2022: Home prices in Johnston increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Johnston rose by $125,000 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 36.2% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Johnston in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Johnston for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,698, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
