During early to mid-April, some randomly-chosen Johnston residents will receive a community survey in the mail from ETC Institute. The City of Johnston has commissioned ETC Institute to survey residents on their satisfaction with various aspects of life in Johnston.
If you receive the survey, City leaders would be very appreciative if one person in your household would take the time to fill it out and return it. The randomly-chosen residents also have the opportunity to fill out the survey online or by phone. We look forward to sharing the results of the survey with everyone early this summer.
