The reconstruction of NE 36th Street, I-35 to NE Four Mile Drive, will occur in 3 main stages:
• Stage 1 includes closing NE 36th Street and fully reconstructing eastbound and westbound lanes from Interstate 35 to east of proposed NE Spectrum Drive. Construction will also include storm sewer and subdrain installation, a water main crossing and signalization at proposed NE Spectrum Drive.
• Stage 2 includes full reconstruction of the eastbound and westbound lanes of NE 36th Street, from east of proposed NE Spectrum Drive to west of NE Four Mile Drive. NE 36th Street will remain closed; construction will also include storm and subdrain installation and a sanitary sewer crossing.
