On Monday, June 6, 2022, at the Johnston City Council meeting, Council approved the Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment, and Library Board appointments. The city received four applications for the Planning and Zoning Commission, six for the Board of Adjustment and nine for the Library Board.
The city board and commission appointees for 2022 are as follows:
Planning and Zoning Commission
- John Widtfeldt (reappointed), term expires June 30, 2027
- Keith Weggen (reappointed), term expires June 30, 2027
- Lindsey Wandersheid (reappointed), term expires June 30, 2027
- Dan Marvin (reappointed), term expires June 30, 2028
- Emily Betz, term expires June 30, 2028
