Event Date:  Monday, August 1, 2022 - 9:00am to 10:00am

Strength training and flexibility exercises on Mondays and Thursdays here at the library.  Bring water, 2-3 pound weights, and wear comfortable clothing and shoes. If you have a stretch band, bring it, but we have them available here.
