Holidays at the Town Center

Description:

Celebrate the holiday season on Saturday, December 3, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Johnston Town Center. There will be an appearance by Santa and his reindeer, ornament making, the Johnston tree lighting and more family-fun activities!

Johnston Town Center 

(6245 Merle Hay Rd.)

Details:

6:00 p.m. – Tree lighting by Mayor Dierenfeld

6:00 - 8:00 p.m. – Ice skating ($5 skate rental)

6:00 - 8:00 p.m. – Visit with Santa and his reindeer

6:00 - 8:00 p.m. – Warm up on the DART bus

6:30 p.m. – Caroling set by Unaccompanied Minors

7:00 p.m. – NorthPoint Church Violin Soloist

7:30 p.m. – Second caroling set by Unaccompanied Minors

8:00 p.m. – Raffle prize drawings (must be present to win)

There will be a raffle with prizes to benefit the Johnston Partnership. 

Please bring a non-perishable item to donate and be entered to win a prize. For every item you bring, your name will be entered. You must be present to win a prize. 

The Johnston Partnership is requesting donations of toilet paper, canned chicken/tuna and kleenex/ facial tissues.

Raffle Prizes:

• His/Hers shopping raffle $25 to Purple Poppy / $25 to Ace Hardware.

• Family bowling – Gift card to the new Pixel and Pins in the plaza and a gift card to Charlotte’s for dinner.

• Gift card for family outdoor winter fun - ice skating rental at the Plaza and scooters gift card for hot chocolate.

• Car detail at the new Johnston car wash by Fareway. Gift card for four weeks of car washing at their premium level.
