Description:
Join us at Crown Point Community Center and Terra Park for this fun and interactive event designed for individuals ages 10 and older.
Participants will learn about basic ice fishing equipment, safety and regulations and get a chance to go ice fishing.
All participants (registrants and guests) will receive a basic ice fishing rig and tackle.
We will pre-drill holes and provide the bait. There is a $10 supply fee per participant. If you cannot afford the fee, email nosmundson@cityofjohnston.com to request a scholarship.
If you are age 16 and older, you must have a valid Iowa Fishing License.
Event registration is required!
