Thomas DeBrower and Thomas DeBrower, former Ankeny High School standouts, played on Sunday, Feb. 16 in NCAA Division II baseball game

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Ankeny High School standouts Thomas DeBrower and Thomas DeBrower’s current college team, the Saint Leo Lions, lost 12-9 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the North Georgia Nighthawks.

The game took place at Bob Stein Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Nighthawks this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at Alfond Stadium against Rollins Tars.
