On Thursday, May 8, former Ankeny Centennial High School standout Mariah Belzer collegiate team wins in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Thursday, May 8, former Ankeny Centennial High School standout Mariah Belzer’s current collegiate team the Rogers State Hillcats won 2-1 against the Pittsburg State Gorillas in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Gerry Pinkston Stadium at 3:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Pittsburg State Gorillas in the tournament.

The Rogers State Hillcats’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 1 p.m. at Gerry Pinkston Stadium.
