On Friday, May 9, former Ankeny Centennial High School standout Mariah Belzer collegiate team wins in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Friday, May 9, former Ankeny Centennial High School standout Mariah Belzer’s current collegiate team the Rogers State Hillcats won 4-1 against the Minnesota State Mavericks in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Gerry Pinkston Stadium at 6:15 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Minnesota State Mavericks in the tournament.

The Rogers State Hillcats’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 10 at 1 p.m. at Gerry Pinkston Stadium.
