Sunday, March 2: Ankeny Centennial High School standout Ella Schulz’s college team loses to Central Missouri Jennies

On Sunday, March 2, former Ankeny Centennial High School standout Ella Schulz’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mavericks, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Central Missouri Jennies.

The game took place at Mid-America Sports Complex. This was their second matchup against the Jennies this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Salem Tigers.
