Ankeny High School standout Cassie Johnson’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, April 4

On Friday, April 4, former Ankeny High School standout Cassie Johnson’s current college team, the Texas Tech Lady Raiders, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Utah Utes.

The game took place at Rocky Johnson Field. This was their first matchup against the Utes this season.

The Lady Raiders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 4 p.m. at Rocky Johnson Field against Utah Utes.
