Thomas DeBrower and Thomas DeBrower, former Ankeny High School standouts, played on Tuesday, Feb. 25 in NCAA Division II baseball game

On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Ankeny High School standouts Thomas DeBrower and Thomas DeBrower’s current college team, the Saint Leo Lions, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Valdosta State Blazers.

The game took place at Thomas B. Southard Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Blazers this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at Thomas B. Southard Stadium against Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish.
