Friday, Feb. 28: Ankeny Centennial High School standout Mariah Belzer’s college team wins to Minnesota State Mavericks

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Ankeny Centennial High School standout Mariah Belzer’s current college team, the Rogers State Hillcats, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Minnesota State Mavericks.

The game took place at Mid-America Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Hillcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 11 a.m. at Mid-America Sports Complex against Southwest Baptist Bearcats.
