Ben Kinsey, former Johnston High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Saturday, May 17 in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship

On Saturday, May 17, former Johnston High School standout Ben Kinsey’s current collegiate team the Buena Vista Beavers lost 11-9 against the Bethany Lutheran Vikings in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Copeland Park at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Bethany Lutheran Vikings in the tournament.

The Buena Vista Beavers’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 6 p.m. at Copeland Park.
