This is a yoga class for every level and everyBODY. Take some time out of your busy schedule to destress, improve your flexibility, and increase your joy. This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced students as it is a slower alignment focused practice.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or a towel and a water bottle.
