CAROL P. AND NICK R. ZAGAR ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP FUND
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE (5) STUDENTS WHO QUALIFIED FOR THE CAROL P. AND NICK R. ZAGAR SCHOLARSHIP AWARD FOR THE 2021 FALL SEMESTER!!
Upon successful completion of the 2021 Fall semester, these (5) current recipients must provide us with proof of a certified transcript showing that an unweighted GPA of 2.5 was maintained in that semester, and proof of enrollment in 2022 Spring semester courses at a regionally accredited college, before the second half of the scholarship distribution is paid for that semester.
(The stated pay-out amounts may vary in any given year due to funds available.) All scholarship checks will be mailed directly to the college’s Financial Aid or Scholarship Office. Required documentation must be postmarked or delivered to All Saints Catholic Church, 650 NE 52nd Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50313 no later than January 28, 2022 at 3:00 PM (for the 2022 Spring semester). NEW APPLICATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN JUNE FOR THE FALL SEMESTER.
