City of Johnston issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.
JOHNSTON UTILITY BILLS DELIVERY DATE
The Johnston utility bills are typically delivered around the first of every month. This month, there has been an issue with delivery. The utility department is aware of the problem and is working closely with the United States Postal Service to resolve the issue.
If you are a resident or business who wants to know the billing amount, please call City Hall at 515-278-2344 or email communications@cityofjohnston.com.
